I had the opportunity to attend an International Women’s Day event with the last week, and I left feeling so incredibly inspired ✨

There’s something about being in a room full of women doing incredible work across completely different industries. The conversations shift your perspective, and are a reminder of what’s actually possible.

What stood out most was that these women aren’t just talking about change, they’re creating it. From legislation in the disability space, to innovation across research and business, to leadership in sport and building brands that empower women, it was such a powerful reflection of how many different ways there are to make an impact.

It also made me think about how easy it is for International Women’s Day to become a moment (or just cupcakes and a lunch), rather than something that carries through in how we show up and lead every day. Because the real value isn’t just in celebrating women, it’s in recognising and supporting the ones who are actively pushing things forward.

As a founder and business owner, spaces like this always shift something. They expand how you think, raise your standard, and remind you that impact can take many different forms.

I’m also very grateful to have won the most beautiful flowers from 🌸 so gorgeous!

I’m overflowing with gratitude to have been in that room 🤍

sometimes running a business feels overwhelming

and I can get so caught up in the day-to-day that I forget to step back and appreciate everything I’ve built

taking a moment for perspective reminds me how far I’ve come, and that I am doing a good job

it’s something I’m incredibly proud of

and something I’m still growing and scaling every day ✨

You can’t have one without the other. 🤝

You don’t grow on social media by doing one thing well.
You grow when all the right pieces work together.

On their own, they create activity.
Together, they create momentum.

Growth isn’t about posting more. It’s about alignment, making sure all the pieces of the puzzle fit.

When your messaging, brand, systems and content are all pulling in the same direction, social media stops feeling random.

✨ NEW ✨ Ashleigh Social Media Manager Dolls available in EXTRA GLAM and Realistic.

If you haven’t seen this trend already, everyone has been turning themselves into action figures or Barbie/Bratz dolls using Chat GPT and I am obsessed.

It did take a couple of tweaks and some questionable versions to get these results, but even then it didn’t end up perfect - just look at the dumbells in the realistic version. 😂

AI is a fantastic tool to help you in all areas of business and work, but it still isn't perfect!

My dolls are inspired by my business as a social media manager who loves creating content, makeup, coffee and Crossfit. 💗
