I am excited to be part of Geelong Regional Library's Local Word Writers Festival. The whole program looks so interesting. I'll be hosting the below writing workshop, but going along to other sessions.
Word Play for All Ages: Using word prompts, play, movement and mindfulness to get creative with writing.
Join me at Armstrong Creek library for a lively and fun session for creative writers and aspiring creative writers of all ages, using writing prompts and wordplay. This will include a short mindfulness meditation to enhance creativity and some easy, seated 'yoga for writers' movement to really get our creativity flowing.
Copies of my books will be available for purchase at the event, including my yoga-for-kids adventure book Ursula the Roly Poly Unicorn.
This year, in response to customer demand, we have our first ever Early Bird Festival Pass and an exciting new addition to the program, a pop-up exhibition.
