NEW Pizza spot right near the Storey Bridge! 🍕


1/25 Shafston Ave, Kangaroo Point, Brisbane

We had a little peek at the new pizza spot in Kangaroo Point, Baretto 👀

Think all the good stuff, garlic bread (of course), arancini, lasagna, then straight into the pizzas. We tried the prosciutto, chicken & camembert, and the truffle & mushroom… safe to say the truffle & mushroom was our fave.

And if you’ve still got room, dessert comes in a cute little can, tiramisu and choc brownie cheesecake.

They’re running weekly specials all through April too, so worth keeping an eye on.

Quick note, parking is limited, best to park near Kangaroo Point Cliffs and take a short 5 minute walk.

Modern Mexican with Views of the City!

this place is SUCH a vibe! With views of the Brissy river, delish modern Latin American food and crafted cocktails - what more could you ask for?

PLUS, their Saltillo Banquet is such a steal, $57 per person and you can try a whole range of goodies. Available every Wed-Sun (12pm-6pm/4pm Sundays)

What we had:

Saltillo Banquet $57 per person

- ostras — natural oysters
- vieiras asadas — scallops, chorizo romesco, almonds, tomato
- mini choripán — chorizo, chimichurri, pico de gallo, yuzu mayo, espelette pepper
- pincho de pollo — achiote chicken skewer (gf, df)

New Oh Monk dishes, ofc we had to go try for ourselves! 🤤

We went to check out Oh Monk’s new menu and left with zero regrets and very full stomachs 😮‍💨🔥
