Midlife used to be called a crisis.
Now a lot of it gets called a hormonal crisis.
And truthfully, I think both can exist.
But what if neither of those names fully holds what is actually happening?
What if this is an unraveling?
An initiation.
An unbecoming.
A moment in life where we start to question everything we built the first half of our life upon.
Yes, hormones matter. Absolutely.
But hormones do not exist in isolation from how we are living.
Our stress levels matter.
What we are eating matters.
How we are moving our body matters.
What we are suppressing matters.
What we are tolerating matters.
How disconnected we have become from ourselves matters.
For so many of us, when this threshold began, nobody asked deeper questions.
Nobody asked:
How are you really living?
How stressed are you?
What are you consuming every day?
What are you grieving?
What is no longer working in your life?
What is your body trying to say?
What is asking to change?
Instead, many of us were offered a quick fix.
A supplement.
A pill.
HRT.
Something to help manage the symptoms without ever exploring the deeper initiation underneath them.
And let me be clear, I am not against support.
I am not dismissing pharmaceuticals, hormone therapy, or supplements.
Sometimes they are needed and deeply helpful.
But what I am saying is this:
What if the body is not just failing you?
What if it is speaking to you?
What if it is asking for a different way of living?
A different way of loving yourself?
A different way of relating to food, stress, work, rest, pleasure, truth, and your own needs?
Because for many people, this is not just chemistry.
It is a reckoning.
A rumble.
A waking up.
A point where the old ways no longer fit.
Where the way we have been working, giving, coping, pleasing, pushing, numbing, and overriding ourselves can no longer continue.
And that is where shame has kept so many people silent.
We were taught not to admit that something is shaking inside us.
Not to admit that we should be happy but we are not.
Not to admit that something deeper is being asked of us.
But midlife is asking.
The body is asking.
Life is asking.
For more love.
More truth.
More connection.
More honesty.
More care.
More self-respect.
More conscious relationship with how we live.
That is what the Relationship Revolution is really about.
It is about changing the relationship we have with our body.
With food.
With stress.
With rest.
With our lifestyle.
With our truth.
With the way we love and care for ourselves.
It is about having the courage to get to the bottom of what this initiation is really asking of you.
Are you ready to listen?
Are you ready to be witnessed in it?
Are you ready to stop managing the symptoms long enough to hear the deeper call?
Are you ready to let the old unravel, so something truer can be born?
Because this is not the end of you.
This is the place where something new begins.
Enrolments for the relationship revolution have begun. If you are called, check my bio link for more details or DM me.
