I’ve been using Claude a lot because it’s great for thinking, writing and understanding business context.

But now ChatGPT has caught up too.

With the latest updates, ChatGPT can connect to tools like Gmail and use information from your inbox to give better answers, summaries, drafts and recommendations based on your work.

That means less copying and pasting.
Less searching through emails.
And faster decisions.

Most people still use AI like Google.

But early adopters are using AI to help manage speaking enquiries, client communication, podcast pitches, sales follow ups and admin much faster.

What’s interesting is that we now have multiple AI tools at this level.

Claude has been strong for strategy, thinking and writing.
Now ChatGPT is becoming just as useful for everyday business tasks because it connects well with other tools.

The real advantage is no longer just “who writes the best”.

It’s who fits best into your daily work.

Nobody books you because you are talented.

They book you because they found you.

I have watched genuinely brilliant speakers sit unbooked for years. Better than half the people on the stages they wanted. Still waiting by the phone.

The problem was never the talent. It was that nobody knew they existed.

Event organisers do not go hunting for hidden gems. They book the name that is already in front of them. The person who was posting about their topic last week. The one someone mentioned in a meeting. The speaker who keeps showing up.

Being good is not a marketing strategy. Being visible is.

So here is the shift.

Stop polishing the talk nobody has seen yet. Start showing up where organisers actually look.

Post about your topic every week, even when it feels repetitive. Especially then. Repetition is how people learn what you speak on.

Say yes to the smaller stage, then talk about it publicly. One gig becomes proof that gets you the next one.

Get your name into other people’s content. Podcasts, panels, comment sections, collaborations. Borrowed audiences find you faster than you find them alone.

Talented and invisible pays nothing. Visible and consistent gets booked.

The speakers winning right now are not the best in the room. They are the easiest to remember.

My first ever mastermind. A full year together, and this week we held our first in person event.

I curated every seat in this Rise Mastermind group. I chose these women because I believe in where they are headed, and I wanted them surrounded by people who would not let them play small.

And , my own business coach, flew down from Queensland to present to them in person.
And then happened to be at .au and dropped in to say hello. So both of my coaches got to meet these women on the same day.

When the person who coaches you shows up for the people you coach, you know you have built something real.

So proud of this room. This is just the start of the year.

I’ve now had two Joshes in my life.

One I loved deeply and lost far too soon. He will never be replaced.

But somehow life sent me another Josh with the same ability to go from white collar corporate executive to full blown footy bogan before the first beer even arrives.

Different humans.

Same chaotic energy.

Different people. Different places in my heart.

Same classic Josh energy.
