SMARTER HOMES DUNEDIN - Website and branding case study
When the team at SmarterHomes approached us, they were preparing to launch a new healthy homes assessment service and needed a brand and digital presence that felt professional, trustworthy, and easy for property managers and homeowners to understand.
They didn’t just need a website – they needed a complete system that would support their day-to-day operations. That meant creating a brand from scratch, building a clear and informative website, and developing a custom reporting solution that could generate professional Healthy Homes reports quickly after each inspection.
Our goal was to design something that looked polished and credible, while also building the tools behind the scenes that would save the business time and make the reporting process far more efficient.
What We Delivered
Branding & Logo Design: We developed a clean, modern logo and visual identity that communicates professionalism and trust – key traits when dealing with property compliance and housing standards. The branding was designed to work seamlessly across the website, reports, and marketing materials.
Website Design & Development: We built a simple, informative website that clearly explains the Healthy Homes assessment process and makes it easy for property owners or managers to book inspections.
The focus was on clarity, credibility, and ensuring visitors quickly understand the value of the service.
Custom Healthy Homes Report Generator: One of the biggest pieces of the project was developing a custom reporting system. Instead of manually creating reports after each inspection, inspectors can now complete a digital form during the assessment, which automatically generates a professional PDF report for the client.
The reports were also designed to align with the Smarter Homes branding, giving them a professional and consistent look.
