CHILD pre-orders are all printed and in the mail! A heartfelt thanks to everyone who ordered, you guys rule.

It really was a collosal undertaking from start to finish, from the day we filmed the episode through to the mixing, the video editing and finally printing the shirts. And now it's done. And I must say it couldn't have gone better and was all that I hoped it would be.

Time now for a bit of a break. I'll be back soon with a 'best of' series showcasing my favorite song from every band we've had in the room so far.

I'll have a new episode out later in the year. It's gonna be a bit different to what I've usually done, hopefully bigger and better than what I've pulled off so far.

Episode 23 out now! This is the final in a three part series on one of my all time favourite bands, Child. It’s been an epic journey from the day we filmed the session until now, and i’m very fortunate and priveledged to have had the opprotunity to do this and to have the honour of capturing my favorite drummer Michael Lowe’s very last performance with the band.

Head to www.volumedealer.net for two final songs, “Blue Side Of The Collar” and we finish the series with their 14 minute long magnum opus ‘Blue Overtone Sun/Yellow Planetary Sun’. These were the last two songs of the session, and you could tell that Michael’s time behind the kit was coming to an end, as he really began to up the energy and take out his frustrations on those skins.

Thank you so much to everyone who tuned in and checked out the epsiodes. To the fans of the band I hope i did them justice, and to those new to Child and seeing them for the first time... you’re welcome! May you become a massive fan just like I did when I first witnessed them.

This Sunday, we finish up the epic three part series on the best perveyors of heavy blues that Australia, dare I say it, the world has to offer, Child. In this final installment we’ve got two songs filmed live in the studio, the well known belter “Blue Side Of The Collar” and we finish the series with their 14 minute long magnum opus ‘Blue Overtone Sun/Yellow Planetary Sun’. These were the last two songs of the session, and you could tell that Michael’s time behind the kit was coming to an end, as he really began to up the energy and take out his frustrations on those skins.

Mathias and I also finish up our chat where we talk about their upcoming European tour and the Aussie band invasion happening over there this year, the trials and tribulations of being a part of the Melbourne music scene and in Mathias’ case being a venue operator, getting used to playing with a new drummer and much more.

It's an old school operation around these parts, none of that digital rubbish! High quality, incredibly durable and hand printed with love!

Step 1: separate each colour in the design and print onto clear film
Step 2: coat the screens with light sensitive emulsion, let them dry
Step 3: expose the screens to a high powered light source
Step 4: wash out the screen, everything around the design goes hard when exposed to light and the design washes out
Step 5: tape up the screens
Step 6: register each screen/colour using registration marks

Ready to print!
