We specialize in crafting effective marketing and communication strategies, creative content that drive growth and engagement. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Content Supervisor to join our team.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
As a Content Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the social media platforms, planning, posting, and occasionally creating content for our clients. This role demands a high level of organization, creativity, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. You will be the go-to person for the latest trends and updates in social media, ensuring our strategies are always cutting-edge.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Plan and manage content calendars for various clients, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all social media platforms.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content that aligns with each client's brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media trends, updates, and algorithm changes, and proactively inform the team to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure high-quality content creation and delivery.
- Provide clear briefs to designers and demand content to meet deadlines.
- Utilize Excel, presentation tools, and other necessary tools with proficiency to analyze performance metrics and present monthly reports.
- Maintain a high standard of quality in all content, demonstrating a perfectionist attitude towards detail and accuracy.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Proven experience in handling social media and content supervision within a creative marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel, presentation tools, and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience in briefing and collaborating with designers and other creatives.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Curiosity and eagerness to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in social media.
