• Payment Model: Commission-Based (Percentage from deals closed). The more you bring in, the more you earn.
• Key Skills Required:
o Expertise in Lead Generation Tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, OptinMonster, and Drift.
o Proficiency with Email Outreach Tools like Mailchimp, Lemlist, Reply.io, ConvertKit.
o Experience in Analytics tools including Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg.
• Role Overview:
As a Lead Generation Expert, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads across multiple channels. You will be working closely with the sales team to close deals and grow our client base. Your earnings are directly tied to your success in generating leads and driving conversions.
2. Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, and Laravel Designers – 4 Positions
• Salary Range: BDT 15,000 – 25,000 per month.
• Key Skills Required:
o Proficiency in web design platforms: Wix, Webflow, and Squarespace.
o Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS for customizations.
o Laravel: Basic understanding of PHP, Laravel framework, database interactions, and MVC architecture.
o A keen eye for design and user experience optimization.
• Role Overview:
You will be responsible for designing and customizing websites on Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, and Laravel platforms. Ensuring a seamless user experience while adhering to client requirements. Creativity, attention to detail, and understanding web design fundamentals are essential for this role.
3. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) PPC Experts – 2 Positions
• Payment Model: Compensation will be discussed during the interview, based on performance and conversion.
• Key Responsibilities:
o Develop, implement, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
o Focus on driving ROI improvements for clients through effective strategies.
o Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring campaigns are optimized for conversions.
• Role Overview:
As a Meta Ads PPC Expert, you will take charge of managing and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta platforms, driving performance, and delivering results for our clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success and growth of our campaigns.
4. YouTube SEO Experts – 2 Positions
• Payment Model: Project-Based compensation.
• Key Skills Required:
o Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis.
o On-Page Optimization (titles, tags, descriptions).
o Thumbnail & CTR Optimization to boost visibility and engagement.
o Content Planning and Analytics Tracking to drive growth.
o Community Engagement to increase channel interaction.
• Tools: TubeBuddy, VidIQ, KeywordTool.io, Google Trends, YouTube Analytics, Canva, Ahrefs/SEMrush (optional but beneficial).
• Role Overview:
You will be responsible for optimizing YouTube channels, videos, and content strategies to increase viewership, engagement, and channel growth. You will also monitor analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
