Job Title: Manager - Sales & Business Development
Job Responsibilities
· Presenting and closing pitches, by working independently, in existing & new business for Business Insights, Digital Campaigns, Acquisitions etc.
· Responsible for Profit/Loss.
· Manage day-to-day operations, strategic prioritization, goal setting, performance management, and growth of team members.
· Oversee campaign delivery and revenue recognition for your team and flag any upsell opportunities or at-risk revenue.
· Identify revenue opportunities and develop action plans to drive incremental revenue.
· Ensure and fulfill company’s key Sales Objectives (Revenue, Reach, Acquisition of new customers, Customer satisfaction, etc) for self and team.
· Ensure Ontime submission of Sales Score Card and performance progress report of self and team.
· In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our customers.
· Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership.
· Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification/ Experience: Candidate should have BBA / MBA preferred major in Marketing or a related field of study.
· At least 4+ years of Sales & Business Development, Team leader/Managerial experience with an ability to influence, develop, and empower people to achieve objectives.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and team management responsibilities.
· Ability to lead presentations and drive decisions at management level – internally and with our external advertising partners.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify key opportunities and transform them into action.
· Understanding and experience in the digital marketing space in Bangladesh and experience in digital sales.
· Strong Relationships with digital planning/buying contacts across agency landscape
· Commercially savvy
