Position: Intern- Ad Operations

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to understand client campaign briefs
- Develop a deep understanding of multiple digital platforms (e.g., IMO, ESPNCricinfo, POKKT etc.)
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, including setup, ex*****on, and scheduling
- Assist in preparing campaign reports and Post Analysis Report using Excel and PowerPoint
- Monitor and manage publisher dashboards effectively
- Support sales team as per their requirement
- Maintain strong relationships with publishers and clients.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from any reputable university. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM
However, depending on the workload, changing the above working hours may be required.

Weekend: Friday & Saturday

Imo, a messaging and calling app, has reported a significant surge in usage among Bangladeshi users in 2023, with 3,580 crore international calls made over the platform.

👉 Bangladesh saw a total of 247.9 billion interactions on Imo in 2023, with each Bangladeshi user communicating approximately 730 times on average, equivalent to about twice a day.

👉 According to the annual report of Imo, Bangladeshi users messaged 101 billion times on the platform.

👉 Moreover, Bangladeshi users made 9,160 crore calls, of which 3,580 crore were international. Bangladeshi users also engaged in over 676 million group calls during the year.

👉 The top five countries for international calls made by Bangladeshi users in 2023 were Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Malaysia, and Qatar.

Job Title: Manager - Sales & Business Development

Job Responsibilities
· Presenting and closing pitches, by working independently, in existing & new business for Business Insights, Digital Campaigns, Acquisitions etc.
· Responsible for Profit/Loss.
· Manage day-to-day operations, strategic prioritization, goal setting, performance management, and growth of team members.
· Oversee campaign delivery and revenue recognition for your team and flag any upsell opportunities or at-risk revenue.

· Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification/ Experience: Candidate should have BBA / MBA preferred major in Marketing or a related field of study.
· At least 4+ years of Sales & Business Development, Team leader/Managerial experience with an ability to influence, develop, and empower people to achieve objectives.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and team management responsibilities.
· Ability to lead presentations and drive decisions at management level – internally and with our external advertising partners.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify key opportunities and transform them into action.
· Understanding and experience in the digital marketing space in Bangladesh and experience in digital sales.
· Strong Relationships with digital planning/buying contacts across agency landscape
· Commercially savvy
