We are seeking a resilient, proactive, and client-focused Executive – Business Development to strengthen our client acquisition efforts. The role requires developing sales opportunities, retaining clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative strategies, strong networking, and effective communication.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and revenue channels.
● Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
● Attend networking events to attract and retain clients.
● Negotiate contracts, rates, and proposals with clients.
● Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, account planning) to deliver client expectations.
Conduct market research on trends, competition, and customer demand.
● Create and maintain accurate client interaction and sales records.
● Assist with marketing projects, promotional activities, and events.
● Manage client issues, provide customized solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
● Oversee strategies for brand awareness, social media, and content marketing.
● Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business documentation.
✅ Key Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
● Previous work experience in advertising/marketing industry preferred.
● Strong client-handling, communication, and negotiation skills.
● Proficiency in English & Bangla (oral and written).
● Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
● IT proficiency: MS Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
● Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
● Passion for sales, advertising, and modern marketing techniques.
● Self-motivated, resilient, and a “go-getter” attitude.
