14,133 Real Estate Leads with $2.94 CPL
The client in the real estate industry sought to generate high-quality leads at a cost-effective rate. The primary challenge was to reach potential homebuyers and investors in a highly competitive market. To overcome this, we focused on hyper-targeted audience segments, including first-time homebuyers, investors, and people actively searching for real estate in specific geographic areas.
We crafted compelling ad copy and creatives that highlighted the client’s property listings, offering personalized solutions for their target audience. A/B testing was used to refine ad copy, images, and calls-to-action to ensure maximum engagement and conversions. Retargeting strategies were also implemented to capture leads who had previously shown interest but hadn’t yet converted.
By optimizing the campaigns to prioritize lead quality and cost-efficiency, we successfully generated 14,133 leads with a CPL of just $2.94, helping the client meet their goals while maximizing their return on investment.
