গতকালকে Apple Inc কে পিছনে ফেলে বিশ্বের মোস্ট ভ্যালুয়েবল পাবলিক কোম্পানি হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি পায় Microsoft!
Satya Nadella মাইক্রোসফট এর CEO হিসেবে জয়েন করে ২০১৪ সালে, তখন মাইক্রোসফট এর ভ্যালুয়েশন ছিলো ৩০০ বিলিয়ন ডলার! আর এখন সেই ভ্যালুয়েশন ২.৯ ট্রিলিয়ন ডলার 🫡!
এটা নিয়ে LinkedIn, X সহ বিভিন্ন বিজনেস পোর্টালে অনেক লেখালিখি হচ্ছে এবং সবাই বের করার চেষ্টা করছে "What was the Satya's Magic in last 10 years"?!
মোটামুটি কয়েকটা আর্টিকেল পড়ার পর যে জিনিসটা কমন পাইছি সেইটা হলো " টিম & অর্গানাইজেশন কালচার"!
CEO হিসেবে Satya Nadella জয়েন করার পর, একটা বিষয়েই তিনি বড় পরিবর্তন এনেছিলেন মাইক্রোসফট এ, তা হলো "Know-it-all" কালচার থেকে "Learn-it-all'' কালচারে শিফট করা।
এই Learn-it-all কালচারকে খাটি বাংলায় তর্জমা করলে মনে হয় এমন দাড়ায় "অর্গানাইজেশনের যত বড় হেডমওয়ালাই হও না ক্যান তুমি, কোনো কিছু না জানলে, না বুঝলে শিখো এখনি এবং অলওয়েজ লার্ণিং এর উপরেই থাকো"
জাস্ট ইমাজিন, হাজার হাজার টিম মেম্বার, প্রত্যেকের মধ্যে এই সেইম মাইন্ডসেটটা পুশ করা! এই কালচারটা ডেভেলপ করা মানে করপোরেট ইগো, সিনিয়র-জুনিয়র ক্যাচাকেচি ব্যাপারগুলোও থাকে না! How amazing! 🏆
