We are hiring experienced and confident Telesales Specialists for international outbound sales campaigns (US market).
Work Location Options
Dhaka – Work From Office (Mandatory Night Shift)
Office Address: 12/A, Unit 1B, Prembagan Moor, Dakshinkhan, Uttara, Dhaka – 1230
Shift Time: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Including 1-hour break)
Attendance Bonus: BDT 2,000
Chittagong – Work From Home (Mandatory Night Shift) (Based on Skill & CEO Approval)
Work-from-home approval depends strictly on:
Your English communication skills
Previous telesales experience
Final approval from the CEO
Shift Time: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift – US Market)
Attendance Bonus: BDT 500
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to the US market
Sell products/services over the phone
Generate new leads and subscriptions
Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs
Close deals and meet appointment/sales targets
Job Requirements
6–12 months experience in International Telesales (Preferred)
Experience in Solar, Roofing, or Real Estate campaigns is a BIG PLUS
Education: HSC / O-Level / A-Level / Bachelor’s (Any discipline)
Excellent English communication skills (MANDATORY)
Freshers with strong spoken English are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: BDT 15,000 - 20,000
KPI/Sales Bonus: Earn up to BDT 3,000 to 5,000 extra monthly
Attendance Bonus (Dhaka Office): BDT 2,000
Attendance Bonus (Chittagong WFH): BDT 500
