4. Maintain CRM (Google Sheet) with lead status and follow-ups.
5. Represent Owl Brilliance with professionalism, loyalty, and integrity.
6. Collaborate with CEO and marketing team to refine pitches and strategies.

🛠 Skills & Qualifications
1. Strong communication skills (English & Bangla).
2. Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
3. Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
4. Prior sales experience preferred (agency, SaaS, marketing, or service-based sales).
5. Familiarity with digital marketing/branding services is a plus (training provided).
6. Must be loyal, disciplined, and aligned with long-term vision.

🎓 Education
1. Minimum: HSC/A-level or higher.
2. Preferred but not Required: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Ramadan is here! That means…

✅ Fasting from food & water 🍽❌

✅ But NOT fasting from productivity! 🚀💼

Here’s how to stay focused & grow your business—without looking like a sleep-deprived owl by Iftar. 🦉😴

1️⃣ Suhoor = The Ultimate CEO Breakfast 🍽

If you skip Suhoor, you’re basically running your business on low battery mode all day. Charge up with proteins, complex carbs, and plenty of water. Because trust me, making business decisions while half-asleep and hangry? Not a good idea.

2️⃣ Work Smart, Not Sleepy 😴

Your energy levels will be peaking in the morning and crashing in the afternoon (like website traffic after a failed ad campaign 💀).

✅ Do deep work after Suhoor & Fajr ☀️

✅ Take lighter tasks after Dhuhr (Emails, planning, pretending to work...)
