Job Opportunity: Remote Sales Development Representative (Night Shift) at ApexAssist BPO
ApexAssist BPO is looking for motivated and talented individuals to join our dynamic remote team as Sales Development Representatives, specializing in cold calling and appointment setting for clients in the USA. We offer an excellent opportunity to work from home and be part of our growth journey.
Position: Sales Development Representatives
Work Type: Remote (Work from Home)
Shift: Night Shift (9 PM – 6 AM)

Key Responsibilities
> Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in the USA for home improvement services.
> Use provided scripts to introduce services, qualify leads, and build interest.
> Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide clear information about our offerings.
> Schedule appointments or transfer calls to the closing team.
> Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM.
> Consistently achieve lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications & Skills
> Experience: Telesales, appointment setting, or home improvement campaigns are highly preferred. (Freshers with strong English skills are encouraged to apply).
> Education: HSC, O-Level, A-Level, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
> Language: Fluent in English with excellent communication and persuasive skills.
> Self-motivated, punctual, and committed to achieving sales goals.
Additional Requirements
> Comfortable with night shifts.
> Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for remote work.
> Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication.
Compensation & Benefits
> Hourly Rate: BDT 80 - 100 (based on experience).
> Attendance Bonus: BDT 1,000. (after 1 month)
> Internet Bill Allowance: BDT 1000. (after 1 month)
