Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Fleet Management:
Oversee the management and optimization of fleet operations.
Coordinate with logistics and operational teams to ensure efficient fleet utilization.
Monitor fleet performance and implement improvements as needed.
Pitch Products to Existing/New Clients:
-dentify opportunities to introduce new products to clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations.
Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling products.
Team Leadership and Daily Operations:
Supervise and mentor a team of 2-4 people.
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Office timing:
