As we expand our WordPress development team, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior WordPress Plugin Developer to join our team in Dhaka.
🔧 Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain advanced WordPress plugins based on modern technologies and best practices.
Lead and mentor a team of junior developers in WordPress plugin development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, etc.) to gather requirements and build high-quality plugins.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
Ensure compatibility of plugins with different WordPress versions and themes.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize plugin performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and implement best coding practices.
💼 Requirements:
Proven experience as a WordPress Plugin Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and WordPress plugin architecture.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and WordPress coding standards.
Deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, including hooks, filters, actions, and the REST API.
Experience in developing custom plugins and integrating third-party APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
✨ Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with WooCommerce and other WordPress-related technologies.
Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
Familiarity with modern development tools (Composer, NPM, Webpack, etc.).
