🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1. Final Quality Check of all retouched images before delivery to clients.
2. Ensure client guidelines and visual standards (skin tone, background, shadows, exposure, etc.) are met accurately.
3. Work closely with retouchers and junior QC to give feedback and maintain consistent quality.
4. Maintain quality benchmarks by analyzing common errors and updating QC guidelines accordingly.
5. Train and mentor junior QC and retouchers on quality expectations.
6. Flag and escalate major inconsistencies or repeat quality issues.
7. Help create or update QC checklists and SOPs.
8. Occasionally communicate with the client or client success manager to understand feedback trends.

✅ Key Requirements:
1. Experience:
o Minimum 4–5 years in a photo retouching or post-production environment.
o At least 2 years in a QC or team lead position.
2. Technical Skills:
o Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom (or Capture One).
o Strong understanding of image formats, color correction, masking, skin retouching, and high-end beauty/fashion retouching.
o Understanding of different photography styles (e-commerce, fashion, jewelry, etc.).
3. Soft Skills:
o Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
o Strong communication and leadership skills.
o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
o Good team collaboration and mentoring skills.
Salary:
Junior designer: 8k-10k
Senior Quality Control: 20k -35k (Monthly)
