🔹 Key Responsibilities:
👉 Edit Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos
👉 Create high-converting ad creatives
👉 Add captions, transitions, effects, and professional color grading
👉 Optimize videos for stronger hooks, better pacing, and higher audience retention
🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (basic to intermediate)
✔️ Advanced skills in CapCut (PC version)
✔️ Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and engagement strategy
✔️ Minimum 2 years of professional editing experience

📍 Location: Remote
💰 Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 BDT (Based on skills and experience)
