Hiring Junior Local SEO Specialist
We are hiring a Junior Local SEO Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, AI search, AI Overviews, and modern SEO workflows.
This is a remote role for someone who can manage the full SEO process for Multiple websites without daily supervision. You should know how to improve local rankings, increase qualified traffic, optimize service pages, track leads, and adjust SEO strategy based on how Google and AI search results are changing.
Role Details

Working Hours: Flexible 8 hours per day
Salary: (10K-15K) BDT
Future salary increments will be based on your performance
Key Responsibilities:
You will handle complete SEO work for Multiple
websites, including:
➜ Local SEO Task ex*****on
➜ Google Business Profile optimization
➜ Local keyword research and search intent mapping
➜ On-page SEO for service pages, location pages, and blog content
➜ Technical SEO audits and basic fixes
➜ Competitor research for local search results
➜ Local citation building and NAP cleanup
➜ Review growth strategy and reputation signals
➜ Internal linking improvements
➜ Schema markup recommendations, including LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, and Review schema
➜ Content planning for local service businesses
➜ SEO reporting with clear actions, not just data
➜ Tracking rankings, organic traffic, calls, forms, and leads
➜ Improving pages for Google AI Overviews and AI-driven search results
➜ Finding content gaps based on SERPs, People Also Ask, featured snippets, and AI search answers
AI SEO Knowledge Required:
The right candidate should understand how SEO is changing because of AI. You do not need to be a developer, but you must know how to use AI tools smartly for SEO research, planning, and content improvement.
You should have working knowledge of:
➜ Google AI Overviews and how they affect organic clicks
➜ How to structure content for AI-generated search answers
➜ Entity-based SEO and topical authority
➜ Search intent and query variation
➜ Content briefs using AI tools
➜ AI-assisted competitor analysis
➜ Using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar tools for SEO workflows
➜ Checking AI-written content for accuracy, tone, usefulness, and originality
➜ Building content that answers real customer questions clearly
➜ Optimizing pages for both traditional search and AI search visibility
Required Skills:

➜ Local SEO for service-based businesses
➜ Google Business Profile optimization
➜ Google Search Console and GA4
➜ Ahrefs, Semrush, , Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, or similar tools
➜ Keyword research and content planning
➜ On-page SEO and technical SEO basics
➜ Local citations and NAP consistency
➜ Schema markup planning
➜ SEO reporting and action planning
➜ Managing multiple websites at the same time
➜ Using AI tools without relying on low-quality AI content
Experience Required
You must have at least 1 years of real SEO experience, with proven work in Local SEO.
You should be able to show real results from past projects, such as ranking growth, traffic growth, more calls, more leads, or stronger Google Business Profile performance.
