বিদেশগামী দক্ষ কর্মীদের—বিশেষ করে লোড ও আনলোড, কারিগরি পেশা, অটোমোটিভ মেকানিক্স, ইলেকট্রিশিয়ান, ওয়েল্ডিং, এগ্রো, ক্লিনিং, কন্সট্রাকশন ও অন্যান্য শ্রমভিত্তিক পেশায়—প্রফেশনাল আচরণ, ড্রেসআপ ও কাজের কোয়ালিটি উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে বায়রা (BAIRA) আয়োজিত তিন দিনের একটি প্র্যাকটিক্যাল ওয়ার্কশপ গাজীপুরে বায়রা ট্রেনিং ইনস্টিটিউটে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।

এই প্রশিক্ষণটি আমাকে উপলব্ধি করিয়েছে যে—বিদেশে কর্মসংস্থানে শুধু দক্ষতা নয়, পেশাগত আচরণ, সময়নিষ্ঠা ও কাজের মান বজায় রাখাও সমানভাবে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

এই ধরনের উদ্যোগ আমাদের Global Recruiting Agency কর্মীদের আরও দক্ষ, আত্মবিশ্বাসী এবং আন্তর্জাতিক শ্রমবাজারে প্রতিযোগিতামূলক করে তুলবে।

A three-day practical workshop organized by BAIRA (Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies) was held at the BAIRA Training Institute in Gazipur, focusing on enhancing the professional behavior, dress code, and work quality of outbound skilled workers—particularly those engaged in loading and unloading, technical trades, automotive mechanics, electrical work, welding, agriculture, cleaning, construction, and other labor-intensive professions.

This training made me realize that for overseas employment, technical skills alone are not enough—maintaining professional conduct, punctuality, and quality of work is equally essential. Such initiatives will undoubtedly help
Global Recruiting Agency workers become more skilled, confident, and competitive in the global labor market.

২০২৭ থেকে জাপানে🇯🇵 কাজের নিয়ম বদলাচ্ছে!
🔸 বর্তমান TITP (Technical Intern Training Program) বন্ধ হয়ে যাচ্ছে
🔸 নতুন সিস্টেম: ESD – Employment for Skill Development
👉 নতুন নিয়ম অনুযায়ী:
➡️ জাপানে কাজ করতে চাইলে সবার জন্য JLPT N5 পাস বাধ্যতামূলক
(আগে TITP-তে ভাষা পরীক্ষা বাধ্যতামূলক ছিল না, শুধু介護/কেয়ারওয়ার্কার বাদে)
🔹 SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) এর নিয়ম একই থাকবে:
✔️ JFT বা JLPT N4 পাস
✔️ Prometric স্কিল টেস্ট পাস
📌 অর্থাৎ, এখন থেকে জাপানে যেতে হলে জাপানি ভাষার সার্টিফিকেট থাকা লাগবেই।
⏳ ২০২৫ প্রায় শেষ — মাত্র এক বছরের মধ্যে নতুন সিস্টেম চালু হবে!
📖 এখনই পড়া শুরু করলে আগামী বছরই পরীক্ষা দিয়ে সার্টিফিকেট নেওয়া সম্ভব।

✔️ ন্যায্য待遇
✔️ কাজ পরিবর্তনের আরও সুযোগ
