ur clients. We have worked seamlessly together to capture the essence of each event and create lasting memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. While I have primarily worked in the wedding industry, I have also participated in exhibitions and collaborated with international photographers on various projects. These experiences have allowed me to expand my creative horizons and develop my skills as a photographer. In all my work, my goal is to capture the beauty and emotion of each moment, and to create images that tell a story and evoke a feeling. I believe that photography is an art form that can convey so much more than words, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do what I love every day. After nearly a decade as a wedding and fashion photographer, I sought out a new challenge and joined Sheba.XYZ in 2016. Over the course of five years with the company, I gained invaluable experience in business, leadership, strategy, and problem-solving. As part of my role, I worked closely with over 5,000 SMEs, helping them to expand their businesses and automate their processes. I was responsible for ensuring their training, development, and the successful execution of their business plans. Through my efforts, I helped to ensure that the company achieved 70% GMV, a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team. Throughout my roller coaster journey at Sheba.XYZ, I learned to navigate the challenges of a rapidly growing company and develop my leadership skills. I also honed my problem-solving abilities, finding innovative solutions to the unique challenges faced by our SMEs and the company as a whole. This experience taught me the importance of collaboration, communication, and persistence when it comes to product development. I learned how to work closely with different teams, including tech, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that we were delivering a product that would truly make a difference in the lives of our customers. Overall, my time at Sheba.XYZ gave me a well-rounded understanding of business, technology, and customer needs. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such an innovative team and to have played a role in creating a product that had a positive impact on the industry. Overall, my diverse career experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded professional with a passion for business, leadership, and photography. I am excited to continue growing and evolving in my career, taking on new challenges and making a positive impact wherever I go. Since leaving Sheba.XYZ, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles and industries, each one contributing to my diverse skill set and passion for business. As a COO at an educational startup, I gained valuable experience in operations and management, overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the business and helping to drive growth and success. I also worked as a business counselor, providing guidance and support to small business owners and entrepreneurs. During this time, I learned how to effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and goals. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I launched my own cloud kitchen project for food home delivery. The project grew rapidly, and within a year, we were able to open another physical branch in Banani 11. This experience taught me the importance of adaptability and creativity in the face of challenges, as well as the value of perseverance and hard work. In 2022, I completed an ecommerce project and rejoined Sheba.XYZ for a second time, this time on a call basis. I was able to successfully launch the project in a new format, increasing the NR % from 12% to 53%. This experience reinforced my expertise in business strategy and operations and my ability to drive results. Currently, I am focusing on my own fintech-based project as well as business consultancy. These ventures allow me to continue pursuing my passion for business and entrepreneurship, while also helping others to achieve their goals and maximize their potential.
