Master in YouTube talking-head videos with motion graphics, work on real projects, get training materials, feedback, and follow a clear level-based growth system (Level 1 β†’ Level 5). High performers may join the main production team early.

β€’ Live classes
β€’ Fast problem-solving support
β€’ Guaranteed work after internship
After Joining the Main Team
β€’ Pay based on performance (per-minute/per-project)
β€’ Expected earning after internship: 30,000 – 40,000+ BDT
β€’ No junior/senior titles β€” growth depends on skill, consistency & reliability

Requirements
β€’ ONLY After Effects experts
β€’ Must be comfortable with YouTube talking-head editing
β€’ (must be able to give proper time to the work)
Commitment
After internship, main-team editors must work with Visual Setter for 1 year.
Outside projects are allowed if they don’t affect deadlines.
Termination May Occur For
Plagiarism, breaking confidentiality, repeated delays without communication, or negative behavior.
