রমাদান: আত্মশুদ্ধি, দুআ ও বারাকাহর একটি পূর্ণ রুটিন

রমাদানের আগে নিজের সুবিধামতো একটি খসড়া রুটিন বানিয়ে নিন। জীবনে যা যা অর্জন করতে চান, সেগুলোর তালিকা করে প্রতিটা চাওয়াকে দুআতে পরিণত করুন এবং দুআগুলো লিখে রাখুন, যেন দুআর সময় ভুলে না যান।

সময় কম থাকলে কুরআন ও হাদিসের মাসনুন দুআগুলো পড়ুন। ইফতারের আগের সময় খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ - এই সময়ে ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা, দুরুদে ইবরাহীম, সূরা ফুরকান ৭৪ নং আয়াত, সূরা কাসাস ২৪ নং আয়াতসহ প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কুরআনিক দুআ পড়ুন। দুআলিস্ট দেখে দুআ করা জায়েয। প্রতিদিন নিজের, পরিবারের ও আখিরাতের কল্যাণের জন্য দুআ রাখুন। চাইলে প্রতিদিন ৪–৫টি নির্দিষ্ট টপিক ধরে দুআ করতে পারেন।

অবিবাহিতদের জন্য উত্তম জীবনসঙ্গীর দুআ বিশেষ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। এই রমাদানে সূরা ফুরকান ৭৪ নং আয়াতকে নিয়মিত দুআর অংশ বানান। জীবনসঙ্গীর দ্বীনদারি, চরিত্র, ব্যবহার, পেশা ও জীবনযাপন - সব কিছু আল্লাহর কাছে বিস্তারিতভাবে চাইবেন। দুআ কবুল হবে কি না, তা নিয়ে চিন্তা নয়; দুআর মাধ্যমে আল্লাহর সাথে সম্পর্ক গভীর করাই মূল উদ্দেশ্য।

রমাদানে দুরুদে ইবরাহীম ও ইস্তেগফারকে প্রধান আমল বানান। কতবার পড়বেন, তা আগেই টার্গেট ঠিক করুন। প্রথম ২০ দিন থেকেই লাইলাতুল কদর পাওয়ার এবং তা উত্তমভাবে কাজে লাগানোর তাওফিক চাইবেন।

দিনের বেলা স্বাভাবিক কাজ করবেন। কাজের ফাঁকে বেশি বেশি ইস্তেগফার করুন অথবা কুরআন, বিশেষ করে সূরা বাকারাহ, শুনুন। সুযোগ পেলে ধীরে তাজউইদের সাথে অর্থ বুঝে কুরআন তিলাওয়াত করুন। খতমের তাড়াহুড়ো নয়, গুণগত তিলাওয়াতে গুরুত্ব দিন। সকাল-সন্ধ্যার মাসনুন আমল কখনো বাদ দেবেন না।

আযান ও ইকামাতের মাঝখানে দুআ করা মিস করবেন না। ইফতারের কাজ আগেই শেষ করুন, যেন শেষ মুহূর্ত দুআতে কাটে। অন্তত একটি ইফতার আইটেম নিজে বানানোর চেষ্টা করুন। পরিবারের সাথে একসাথে ইফতার করুন এবং এক থালায় খাবার ভাগ করে খাওয়ার চেষ্টা করুন।

গীবত, গান, রিলস, অহেতুক কথা ও অপ্রয়োজনীয় সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া থেকে দূরে থাকুন - এগুলো রমাদানে ইবাদাতের তৃপ্তি নষ্ট করে।

তারাবীহ শেষে দ্রুত ঘুমান। রাত ২–২.৩০টার দিকে উঠে অযু করে তাহাজ্জুদ পড়ুন। অল্প রাকাআত হলেও দীর্ঘ সিজদাহ দিন।
সিজদাহতে নিজের ভাষায় দুআ করা যায়। নামাজ শেষে আবার ইস্তেগফার ও দুরুদ পড়ুন।

প্রতিদিন অল্প হলেও সদকাহ করার চেষ্টা করুন। প্রতিবেশী, অভাবী ও রিকশাচালকদের ইফতারে অংশ দিন। সম্ভব হলে সাহরির বাড়তি খাবার পশু-পাখিকে দিন এবং বাইরে পানি রাখুন। সবসময় অযুতে থাকার চেষ্টা করুন। ছোট-বড় সব কাজে বাসমালাহ পড়ার অভ্যাস করুন।

রমাদানকে যদি আমরা পাপ থেকে বাঁচা, অনুতপ্ত হৃদয়ে ইস্তেগফার এবং একান্ত দুআর মাধ্যমে কাজে লাগাতে পারি, তাহলে আল্লাহ আমাদের দুআ কবুল করবেন - ইনশাআল্লাহ।
আল্লাহ আমাদের জন্য রমাদানকে বরকতময় করুন এবং পূর্ণ কল্যাণ হাসিলের তাওফিক দিন।
