🚀 We're Hiring: Video Editors (On-Site)
Motion Blur Media is a fast-growing content agency working with creators and businesses across industries. We're looking for two talented, growth-minded editors to join our team full-time.
📌 Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Friday off)
📌 Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (occasional extended hours may be needed depending on project demands)
📌 Location: Khondokar Aziz Tower, Kalabagan 3rd Lane (Opposite of Dhanmondi Lake), Dhaka 1205
What We're Looking For:
1. Proper experience with Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects. Other software knowledge is a plus.
2. Previous editing experience across motion graphics, documentary, reels, podcasts, etc. (2–3 areas of expertise is great).
3. Good sense of color grading, pacing, cutting, and visual storytelling.
4. Ability to follow briefs carefully and consistently meet deadlines.
5. Awareness of the latest editing trends.
6. Team player with good communication skills.
7. Strong sense of time management and accountability.
8. Eagerness to grow alongside a fast-moving team.
