SNOWTEX Outerwear Ltd., a well-reputed export-oriented garments manufacturing company, is looking for some competent professional for the "Management Trainee-(HR & Admin)" position. The MTO will work closely with the HR & Admin team on the factory floor to support daily HR operations, worker coordination, and administrative activities. The role provides hands-on exposure to manpower management, labor law compliance, and employee relations in a garment manufacturing environment.

• BBA/MBA in HRM or Management from any reputed institution
• Post Graduate Diploma/Training in HR or Labor Law will be an advantage
:
• Minimum 0-1 year of relevant experience in Garments/Textile/Outerwear factory experience preferred
:
• Maintain daily attendance, leave, and manpower records of floor employees.
• Coordinate worker joining, ID card issuance, and documentation.
• Assist in recruitment support (interview coordination, worker selection, onboarding).
• Communicate HR policies, rules, and notices to workers clearly.
• Handle worker grievances and escalate to management when required.
• Support performance monitoring, warning letters, and disciplinary actions as per company policy.
• Assist in salary, overtime, and incentive data preparation.
• Maintain personal files of workers and ensure confidentiality.
• Ensure proper floor discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with company rules.
• Coordinate with production, security, and compliance teams for smooth operations.
• Assist in fire safety, health & safety drills, and compliance activities.
• Monitor entry/exit of workers during shifts, breaks, and overtime.
: 25,000/- (Upon successful completion of the six-month probationary period, the salary will be revised and increased)
