📄 Terms & Conditions — Aagami Marketing (Bangladesh Compliant)
These Terms & Conditions follow general commercial practices under the Contract Act 1872 (Bangladesh), Digital Commerce Guidelines, and standard service agreements used in Bangladeshi digital agencies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any service from Aagami Marketing, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Service Nature
Aagami Marketing provides marketing, creative, digital advertising, and analytics services. The agency does not guarantee specific sales, as results depend on multiple external factors (market, product, competition, target audience, ad budget, etc.).
3. Payment Policy
50–100% advance payment may be required depending on the service. Payments must be made through legal Bangladeshi channels (Bank, MFS, or approved method). Once work has started, payments are non-refundable as per digital service norms. Ad budget is not included in service fees unless officially stated.
4. Project Timeline & Client Responsibilities
Timelines depend on client responsiveness and availability of required materials. Clients must provide accurate information, access permissions (Page, Ad Account, Pixel, Website), and timely approvals. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Following digital data protection standards in Bangladesh:
All client information, business data, analytics, and project materials remain confidential. Aagami Marketing will not share client data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
6. Revisions & Modifications
Each service package includes a limited number of revisions. Extra revisions may require additional cost. Major strategy changes after approval will be treated as new work.
7. Compliance with Bangladesh Digital Platform Rules
All ads must comply with Meta Advertising Policies, Google Policies, and laws of Bangladesh. Aagami Marketing may reject or stop any project that violates national rules, harmful content, illegal products, or misleading ads.
8. Service Suspension / Termination
Aagami Marketing may pause or terminate service if:
Payments are overdue
Required materials or access are not provided
Client violates platform policies or Bangladeshi laws
Abusive or unethical behavior is observed
9. Liability
The agency is not liable for platform issues, account restrictions, policy changes, or external factors beyond agency control. The agency is not responsible for business losses, product issues, or client-side operational failures.
🔄 Refund / Return Policy — Aagami Marketing (Bangladesh Compliant)
This policy aligns with standard practice under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 for service-based industries in Bangladesh.
✔ Refunds Before Work Begins
Clients may request a refund only if work has not yet started. In such cases, processing fees (if any) may be deducted.
❌ No Refund After Work Starts
Due to the nature of digital services — strategy planning, research, setup, and ongoing ex*****on — refunds cannot be issued once work has begun.
✔ Refunds Allowed For:
Duplicate or accidental payments
Payments made but service not started
Agency failure to deliver service (without client-related delays)
❌ Refunds Not Applicable For:
Change of mind after work begins
Marketing results not matching expectations
Delays caused by client (access, approvals, materials)
Ad budget or third-party platform charges
Completed or partially completed work
✔ Revision / Correction Guarantee
If the delivered work needs improvement, reasonable revisions will be provided based on the package.
✔ Project Cancellation
Upon mutual cancellation:
Only the unused value of the service may be refunded
Completed work or hours already spent are non-refundable
