🧭 Position: SEO Executive
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization
Conduct keyword research and assist in content optimization
Monitor Google Search Console and Analytics
Prepare SEO performance reports and track keyword rankings
Support organic traffic growth strategies
Requirements:
Basic understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page, keyword research)
Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush – optional)
Interest in learning SEO and digital marketing
Experience is a plus, but not mandatory

🎨 Position: Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging social media posts, marketing visuals, and brand materials
Create logos, infographics, and campaign assets
Collaborate with content and marketing teams on design ideas
Work on short video content or motion graphics
Requirements:
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
Basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a big plus
Strong sense of design, creativity, and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize prompts for AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.)
Generate creative content, visuals, and marketing ideas using AI
Review and refine AI-generated outputs for quality
Research and experiment with new AI tools and workflows
Automate tasks or processes using n8n or similar tools (experience with n8n is highly preferred)
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
Strong English writing and prompt creation skills
Familiarity with n8n or other automation tools

Plan and manage content calendars for multiple brands
Write engaging captions and coordinate with designers for visuals
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Run ad campaigns, track performance, and prepare reports
Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies
Requirements:
Strong understanding of social media and content trends
Good writing skills (English & Bangla)
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and ad tools
Creative mindset and communication skills
Experience is preferred but not mandatory

🎯 Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms
Manage paid ad campaigns — from planning to performance analysis

Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency
Track campaign metrics, prepare reports, and optimize for better ROI
Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
Guide and support junior team members (SEO, designers, social media)
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and marketing automation is a plus
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
