In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Facebook ad campaigns, focusing on maximizing conversions and ROI through advanced retargeting strategies and using Facebook Conversion API with GA4.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Plan, create, and execute advanced Facebook retargeting campaigns that drive conversions and maximize ROI.

-Develop and implement retargeting strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.

-Manage the implementation and optimization of Facebook Conversion API with GA4 to track and analyze user behavior across multiple devices and platforms.

-Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop ad creatives that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.

-Monitor and analyze ad campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

-Conduct A/B testing to determine the best ad format, copy, and targeting.

-Stay up-to-date with Facebook algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices.

-Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and optimization strategies.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Facebook Advertising Specialist with a strong focus on retargeting and Facebook Conversion API with GA4.
-Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including ad creation, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
-Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform ad campaign optimization.
-Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Familiarity with Facebook ad policies and best practices.
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
