Just a few days ago, I ran a Facebook campaign for an e-commerce brand.

Now, I thought I'd share a short case study of it.

✅ Campaign Goal: Website Purchase

✅ Total Spend: $356.68

✅ Total Website Purchases: 380

✅ Cost Per Purchase (CPA): $0.94

✅ Purchase ROAS: 16.15x

✅ CTR: 5.25%

✅ CPC: $0.01

I ran 3 separate adsets

📌 I updated the content and copy several times to get better results at a lower cost.

📌 Reporting was very clear because the Pixel and event setup were in place.

📌 I did audience segmentation by combining Retargeting + Broad.

Facebook Pixel Conversation API with Server-Side Tracking কেন করবেন, কিভাবে করবেন এবং এর উপকারিতা কী এইটা আমরা সবাই জানি।

একটা লাইভ প্রজেক্ট এর কাজ করতে গিয়ে Purchase Event Tracking টা খুব চ্যালেঞ্জিং ছিল কারণ পারচেজ করার সময় এইটা GTM থেকে ডিসকানেক্ট হয়ে যায় এবং অন্য একটা পেমেন্ট Gateway নিয়ে যায়।

ফাইনালি সব কাজ শেষ আলহামদুলিল্লাহ।

অনেকেই সাবডোমেন/কাস্টম ডোমেইন করতে গিয়ে অনেক ভয় পান অনেকে আমাকে পার্সোনালি নক করেন সলভ করে দেওয়ার জন্য।
কাজগুলো কিন্তু খুবই ইজি আপনারা একটু এক্সপ্লোরিং করেন না কারণ সবাই চান কেউ একটু হেল্প করুক আমার প্রবলেম সলভ হলেই হল।

আমার কাছে রেগুলার যে রিকোয়েস্ট আছে সেটা হচ্ছে ভাইয়া আমার সার্ভার সাইট থেকে ডাটা যায় না বা ব্রাউজার সাইট থেকে ডাটা যায় না আসলে আপনারা সঠিকভাবে কাজগুলো শিখেননি এবং প্র্যাকটিসে করেছেন অনেক কম।

একটা ট্র্যাকিং করতে সর্বোচ্চ ১০ মিনিট লাগে যদি আপনি এক্সপার্ট হন ।

একটা প্রবলেমে পড়লে সেটা নিয়ে চিন্তা করেন বিভিন্ন ভাবে এক্সপ্লোরিং করেন প্রবলেমটা সলভ করার চেষ্টা করেন তাহলে আপনিও একদিন এক্সপার্ট হবেন মানুষের প্রবলেম সুনামাত্রই তার সমাধান দিয়ে দিতে পারবেন।

Why Is CRO So Important?
There are two primary reasons that CRO is important.

The first and most obvious reason is that sales are important.

If you have a conversion rate of 0.00%, it doesn’t matter if you have a million monthly visitors… you aren’t going to make any money.

Similarly, if 2.03% of your visitors are purchasing from you (the average eCommerce conversion rate), simply increasing that rate to 4% DOUBLES your sales.

In other words, most online businesses can make massive leaps in their total sales with even modest improvements to their conversion rate.

And of course, if sales aren’t your goal, you can easily replace sales with whatever action goal you have in mind. Whatever your goal, you’ll want to maximize the rate at which visitors take that action.

The second reason is a bit more complex but equally intuitive. In short, CRO is important because traffic is expensive.

If you’re using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other pay per click platform to drive traffic to your website, then you know how expensive it can be. CRO helps you convert a higher percentage of your paid traffic and maximize your ROAS (return on ad spend).

Regardless of how you choose to channel traffic to your website, there are going to be significant costs involved, and these costs trend upwards each and every year.

Boost vs ad campaign :
A Facebook Boost is when you pay to extend the reach of your organic post. This means you pay for more eyes to see it. Since organic Facebook reach has literally died, it’s an okay option to get your followers to see your post. It’s relatively cheap to get more engagement, but you don’t have much control over it and you may not see much results from it. We typically see more clicks and impressions, but not necessarily sales or conversions. The only success we’ve seen with Boosted posts is contest/giveaway-related ones or sales/promotion related ones.

But Facebook ads are typically a better option to run. You can control who sees the ad (by targeting audiences), what your goal is (sales, clicks, reach, etc), and ad test multiple variations. Set-up isn’t the easiest for most business owners, which is why it’s better to work with an agency or consultant to build a strategy and set-up your campaigns, whereas a Boost post is fairly easy to do on your own.
Building a Facebook ad from Facebook business has plenty more capabilities!🙂 You can target better, create specific audiences and retarget. You can also see the audience statistics and learn about your potential customers needs. Also you can create click to action campaigns. So do not just boost your post. 😊
