Since Childhood, I have always had a creative ability and a fascination with how things work. The challenge of solving practical problems inherent in the field of Information Technology appeals directly to these traits. I am particularly interested in Software development and its implementation because it is such a rapidly evolving discipline. The potential to integrate new technologies into real-life applications and the opportunity to develop practical skills in this domain is exciting. By gaining experience in Project Management and Information Technology, it enhanced my creative abilities and imagination beyond description, thus I wanted to learn how Software Technology and its management are merged together in our daily life. I have also made a sincere effort to achieve a firm foundation in Management and Web Engineering by balancing both intellectual and practical experiences. After graduating, I decided to gain practical experience, where I discovered and learn various new things. During my work experience, I served as a manager in various organizations which enabled me to work as a part of a team and fix problems in Information Technology. This increased my practical, communication and management skills. By working here, I practically learned the structure and working principles of Information Technology and applied my knowledge in practical work. Also exhibited the practical application of Web Development and the essential nature of their place within the contemporary workplace. I am an enterprising young professional intending to continue my development as a consultant. I think in terms of result and objectives, I am enthusiastic and conviction, I have a proactive attitude and find positive ways to stimulate and engage with people.

বল্টু নতুন চাকরি পাইলো Eco Resort Digital Consultant হিসেবে। 🌿

প্রথম দিন এক রিসোর্ট মালিক বললো—
— ভাই, আমাদের বুকিং বাড়ানোর কোনো উপায় আছে?

বল্টু বললো—
— জি স্যার! আগে একটা Premium Website লাগবে। Direct Booking System, Google Map, WhatsApp—সব থাকবে।

মালিক:
— খরচ কত?

বল্টু:
— আগে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে FREE Preview বানিয়ে দেখাবো। পছন্দ হলে ১৫ হাজার টাকা।

মালিক:
— আচ্ছা, বানান।

বল্টু সারারাত জেগে ওয়েবসাইট বানাইলো। 💻

পরদিন মালিক বললো—
— মাশাআল্লাহ! অনেক সুন্দর হইছে। কিন্তু আমাদের তো page আছেই। Website আর লাগবে না। 😌

বল্টু:
— তাহলে স্যার, Previewটা বন্ধ করে দিই?

মালিক:
— আরে না না! লিংকটা দেন। আমাদের page-এ পোস্ট করবো! 🤣🤣

কিছুদিন ধরে আমি একটা জিনিস খুব মন দিয়ে বুঝতে চেষ্টা করছি—আমি আসলে কোন ধরনের কাজ করলে সবচেয়ে বেশি value create করতে পারি, আর কোন জায়গায় আমার skill আর interest সবচেয়ে ভালোভাবে মিলে যায়।

অনেক কিছু করেছি, অনেকবার direction change করেছি, নতুন কিছু শিখেছি, কিছু জায়গায় ভুলও করেছি। কিন্তু একটা জিনিস পরিষ্কার হয়েছে—আমি hospitality আর especially eco resort business নিয়ে কাজ করতে genuinely enjoy করি।

একটা সুন্দর resort শুধু সুন্দর view দিয়ে grow করে না। মানুষ যেন জায়গাটা discover করতে পারে, trust করতে পারে, easily booking করতে পারে, social media দেখে stay করার ইচ্ছা পায়—এই পুরো digital journey টা খুব important।

এই কারণেই এখন আমার focus অনেক বেশি clear।
আমি eco resort, boutique stay, homestay আর nature-based property নিয়ে কাজ করছি—website, direct booking experience, digital presence, content direction, Google visibility আর overall growth নিয়ে।

আমার ভালো লাগে resort owner-এর সাথে বসে তাদের জায়গাটা বুঝতে, তাদের problem শুনতে, তারপর practical কিছু build করতে—যেটা শুধু দেখতে সুন্দর না, business-এও কাজে আসে।

Sajek, Cox’s Bazar, Bandarban, Nepal—এই ধরনের জায়গাগুলোতে যত কাজ দেখছি, ততই মনে হচ্ছে এই sector-এ অনেক potential আছে। অনেক সুন্দর property আছে, কিন্তু digital side ঠিকমতো build না হওয়ায় তারা সেই potential পুরোটা use করতে পারছে না।

আমি এখন তাড়াহুড়া করে সবকিছু করতে চাই না। একটা একটা property, একটা একটা result, একটা একটা strong case study—এইভাবেই এগোতে চাই।
আল্লাহ চাইলে সামনে আরও অনেক resort owner-এর সাথে কাজ হবে, নতুন জায়গা দেখা হবে, নতুন experience হবে।

এই journey-টা এখন সত্যিই ভালো লাগছে।

Beautiful places deserve better visibility.
আর আমি এখন ঠিক এই জায়গাটাতেই কাজ করছি।
