* Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts & YouTube videos)
* Experience with motion graphics, captions, sound design, and engaging edits
* Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively
* Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
* A capable editing setup that can handle HD/4K video efficiently
* Ability to handle feedback professionally
