MUNIARC is one of the best platforms in Rajshahi college to learn about global affairs and politics & leadership development under the concept of United Nations assemblies. Beside this MUNIARC will help students develop various skills as for: negotiating, public speaking, convincing power. It has a dedicated, active and energetic group of students to promote the concept of Model United Nations. It

imparts trainings, workshops and different brainstorming activities for its members to participate in different MUN Conferences. Moreover MUNIARC will also help students to develop patriotism, flourish International relationships and public relations. Students will be motivated towards social activities and will actively take part in the welfare of society through MUNIARC.

১৯৭১ সালের ২৫ মার্চ রাতে সামরিক বাহিনীর আক্রমণের অব্যবহিত পূর্বে এবং পাকিস্তান বাহিনী কর্তৃক বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের গ্রেফতারের প্রাক্কালে তিনি স্বাধীনতার ঘোষণা দেন।
এটিই সম্ভবত আমার শেষ বার্তা: আজ থেকে বাংলাদেশ স্বাধীন। বাংলাদেশের জনগণের নিকট আমার আহবান, আপনারা যে যেখানেই থাকুন এবং আপনাদের যা কিছু আছে তাই নিয়ে হানাদার বাহিনীকে প্রতিরোধ করুন। যতদিন পাক হানাদার বাহিনীর শেষ সৈন্যটি বাংলাদেশের মাটি থেকে বিতাড়িত না হয় এবং যতদিন আমাদের চূড়ান্ত বিজয় অর্জিত না হয় ততদিন সংগ্রাম চালিয়ে যাবেন।
১৯৭১ সালের এই দিনে শেখ মুজিবর রহমান এর স্বাধীনতার ঘোষনার মাধ্যমে দীর্ঘ শোষন-শাসনের হাত থেকে হাত থেকে বাঙালি জাতি মুক্ত হয়।বিশ্বের মানচিত্রে একটি স্বাধীন ও সার্বভৌম দেশ হিসেবে আত্বঃপ্রকাশ করার প্রয়াস পায়।মুনিয়ার্ক এর পক্ষ থেকে সবাইকে স্বাধীনতা দিবসের শুভেচ্ছা।
