Is your SaaS video disappointing your audience? 📉
Most companies start their videos with “Who are we” or “What can our software do?”
This is where it gets tricky! 🛑
People don’t want to buy features, they want solutions to their problems. So instead of praising your product at the beginning of your video, highlight the user’s “core problem.”
Why start with the “core problem”?
✅ Relativity: Whenever the user sees you talking about their problem, they’ll know that this video is for them.
✅ Hook: It’s possible to hold the user’s attention in the first 5-10 seconds.
✅ Trust: When you highlight the problem correctly, the user trusts that you have a solution.
The order of your video should be something like this:
1. Core problem ➡️ 2. Audience context ➡️ 3. Your product position (solution).
Remember: Pain problem first, solution later! 💡
