Job Context: Call Center Executive (Inbound & Outbound)
Job Responsibilities:
-Inbound Customer Support & Outbound Client Monitoring.
-Documents transactions by completing record logs.
-Maintains quality service by following organization standards
-Fluently Bangla speaking in the right way.
-Bangla and English typing skills required
-Good Behavior and punctuality required
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
Undergraduate Students / Graduate
Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 to 6 Months
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call center training, Customer Support through Phone.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
-Computer Literacy is a must.
-Proficient in office applications like MS Word and MS Excel.
-Ability to navigate through software applications.
-Should be keen to learn.
-Good social skills.
-Punctual and honest in manner.
-Strong in Call Center Training is an added advantage.
-Negotiation & Convincing skills.
Salary: Negotiable
Office time: 9 Hours including 1 Hour Break
Off Day: One day off as per Call Center Roster
