🎨 Like most humans, I love colors.

🎨 And color combinations fascinate me.

🎨 I love how they have the ability to completely draw me in or… push me away.

🎨 Being a Graphic Designer and a Photographer, I cannot help but observe again and again, how perfectly skilled Nature is in creating stunning color palettes.

🎨 I’m presenting a few of my photos here, taken here and there over the years, and added a color palette that’s fully inspired by Mother Nature.

Two months ago, I was challenged by my friend Amir Bouyahi to create a website for his company, Connexion Nature (.be)

And although I had never made websites before, I happily took on the challenge. Because ... I always get a kick from learning new skills!

Then, I realized over the past weeks that creating a website ties in so nicely and easily with Graphic Design. It's all about making things look and feel beautiful and harmonious.

This project was both so much fun, a lovely co-creative process, and ... also a serious learning curve. But hey, I survived, and here it is, brand new and online since less than 24 hours!

I’m proud to share one of my most recent logo designs.

This was created with love for my friend and client, Amir Bouyahi from .be.

Amir is a very kind, passionate, and very knowledgeable Nature Guide who takes small groups on guided nature walks around Brussels, Belgium. I can highly recommend his outings into the Soignes Forest, one of Belgium’s prime spots for nature lovers!

It was delightful to work with you, my friend! I wish you all the best on the path of your new business adventure!

PS: I’m currently bringing the last few changes to Amir’s brand new website which I designed for him. Stay tuned, it’s coming out soon!

I initially wanted to work with you, Val because I wanted to work with a Graphic Designer who gets energy and vibrations.

I initially had some concerns about timeline and workload, but once I started working with you, Val, I realized, this is actually a fun, exciting process! One of my favorite parts of working with you, is that I felt comfortable asking questions and sharing my ideas.

Our collaboration gave me more confidence and motivation to talk about my business with others.

By far, my biggest take-away from working with you: firstly, the how I look on social media and website is very important in attracting the right clients, and having a new logo is a very good start.

And secondly, I don’t have to do everything myself anymore. I can hire an expert to do what they are good at, so I can focus on what I’m really good at.

Working with you is inspiring and fun. So worth it.

I’m super excited to present my latest logo creation, designed with love for , a super talented Sound Healer, Pranic Healer and Yoga Teacher based in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Kayo and I met here in Ubud, Bali in 2018 during a Sacred Sound Bath performed by my sweetheart Kate (.love).

Until she reached out to me, Kayo was struggling ‘to find a Graphic Designer that would ‘get me’ as she phrased it, i.e. intuitively understand and resonate with her unique field of work.

Thanks to the fact that Kayo’s field of expertise is so similar to Kate’s, us working together was a no brainer.

It was a sheer delight to collaborate with this amazing human being.

Today, I feel so grateful that Kayo trusted me with this immersive co-creative process of designing a logo for her Brand.
