Another EPK, this time for the incredibly talented Von Di ★ :) She is an artist, music producer, and DJ from Lisbon, Portugal, taking her music to different stages around the world. Deeply influenced by q***r club culture, nights in Berlin, and Lisbon’s underground scene, her sound moves between techno, electro-house, bass, Jersey club, bounce, and hyperpop, combining hard club energy with a strong pop instinct.
Von Di came to me through 𝕮𝖆𝖗𝖔𝖑𝖎𝖓𝖆 𝕾𝖕𝖎𝖗𝖚𝖑𝖎𝖓𝖆, DJ manager, booker, and producer of 𝓓𝓘𝓢𝓒𝓞Ñ𝓞 in Canada. Once again, I’m incredibly grateful to her for connecting me with such talented people who appreciate my work and want to take their visual identity even further.
The inspiration and creative direction for this project came entirely from Von Di ★. She already had a very clear idea of the universe she wanted to create: a combination of Y2K references, electronic textures, chrome elements, and typography connected to her aesthetic and latest releases. I stayed very close to her ideas and helped transform them into something bigger, cohesive, and ready to present her incredible work.
The project developed over two weeks, with approximately 13 hours of production. You have no idea how much fun I had exploring different typographic styles, creating custom visual pieces, and building an EPK that reflects her identity as an artist.
Communication was always fluid and fast. The feedback was clear, precise, and there wasn’t a lot of back-and-forth, mainly because Von Di ★ already knew exactly what she wanted. That allowed me to focus on expanding her ideas without losing their original essence.
I loved developing this EPK, not only because of the visual exploration, but also because it gave me the opportunity to discover more of Von Di’s work. Feeling connected to the work of the people I collaborate with brings me so much joy, inspiration, and motivation throughout the process.
