I definitely left inspired! ✨
Not to sound cliché, but last week I had the pleasure of attending the InspireHer Conference with my mom and marketing associate, Rianna Sobiech — three generations, so to speak — and there was truly something for everybody.
I wasn’t super familiar with featured speakers and beforehand, but wow — they absolutely poured into the room. So much wisdom, authenticity, and encouragement.
It was a powerful reminder of why spaces like this matter. Women learning, connecting, growing, and uplifting each other is the energy we all need more of. 💛
A few key takeaways (paraphrased):
• Leadership can be lonely.
• Don’t be afraid to make the tough calls.
• Build your team of allies.
• Open doors for other women.
• Mentorship matters — even unofficially.
• It’s never too late to pursue a passion or start a business (Debra launched a bag line at 71!).
• The internet is not a real place — don’t get caught up in the pressure. Use it as a tool, but live your real life as you choose.
• People may misrepresent you. Often, it’s a reflection of their pain. Holding space allows you to process without lashing out — hard, but it breaks the cycle.
• And: take God into every room with you. ❤️
Special shout-out to the incredible hosts: and — absolutely fabulous, ladies!🔥
Grateful for the inspiration, the sisterhood, and the reminders we all needed. ✨
