KinTen Dragon Biscuits Private Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Bakery Specialist to join our growing team!

🔎 Position: Bakery Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
🥐 Develop and improve bakery & biscuit recipes
🍪 Develop new products like Croissant and improve existing products
👨‍🍳 Supervise and guide bakery production staff
📈 Improve production efficiency and minimize wastage
👩‍🍳 Train and mentor production staff

🎓 Requirements:

✔️ Relevant qualification in Bakery, Pastry, Food Technology or a related field
✔️ Practical experience in bakery/biscuit production
✔️ Strong knowledge of bakery ingredients, recipes and production processes
✔️ Product development experience will be an advantage
✔️ Ability to work independently and lead production teams
✔️ Passion for quality and innovation
