Location: Belize (Remote & On-site support required)

Join our IT team at Safe Center as a **Network Administrator**! We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to support and maintain our network infrastructure. This role involves configuring and troubleshooting network systems, managing remote access, and ensuring system reliability.

âť— Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain *Windows and/or Linux servers* (physical and virtual)
- Manage and secure *remote access* to switches, firewalls, and routers (SSH, VPN, RDP)
- Monitor and maintain *LAN/WAN networks*, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
-Troubleshoot network issues: connectivity, hardware faults, configuration errors
- Maintain *network documentation*: IP addressing, switch configs, server roles
- Apply *network security* practices, patches, and updates
- Support *user access*: AD management, DNS/DHCP, file shares
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and support
- Respond to *support tickets* related to network/server issues
