Its bittersweet to say goodbye to a job I’ve been part of for almost 3 years with Arrow Leadership Ministries.
It honestly feels strange to close this chapter. It’s been a wild ride in the best way full of transitions, office moves, learning curves, and so many early mornings that shaped me more than I realized at the time.
When I think back, I remember my very first day heading to Barnabas for an intensive not really knowing what I was walking into. I didn’t know much about graphic design in a real world setting, and I definitely didn’t know how much this place would shape me. Now I feel like a completely different person compared to when I started.
I’ve learned a lot about design, but I think I’ve learned even more about faith, community, and what it means to work closely with coworkers and build real relationships. Being in an intern to a in-house design and then contracted designer these roles taught me so much about the environment behind the scenes probably more than the actual design itself at times.
I genuinely feel like I’m walking away with a full toolbelt of experience, growth, and memories I’ll carry with me into whatever comes next.
