Ok my friends, what is your new years resolution that you can actually stick and commit to? Mine is doing dance workouts at least 3 times a week. I have already started and love them because I enjoy and don’t feel like I’m punishing myself. Each work out is like 15 mins., so very doable and doesn’t take too much time.
