One of my clients has just published her debut book "THERE IS SOMETHING FISHY ABOUT ed A Gentle Introduction to Mental Health and Eating Disorders". It helps address the complex question: "How do I explain an eating disorder to my child?” It's a positive way to start hard conversations using a lyrical writing style and language a child will understand.

Halfway through National Poetry Month and I am honoured that the Alexandra Writers Centre Society will be featuring one of my poems on Thursday April 16th, which is coincidentally the day my mom would have turned 90. This one's for you, mom. It's called Lightning.
