Most renovators are running ads into a leaky bucket.

Here is what we do to get the most out of our clients advertising dollars.

Speed to lead: If you don’t call a lead back within 5 minutes, they might have already moved on to the next guy on Google. We also set up an automated text that hits their phone within 60 seconds of them becoming a lead. Even if you’re in the middle of a job, they know you’re on it.

Stop the "phone tag" game: Use a calendar where they can pick a time to talk. If they won't even pick a 10-minute slot, they aren't serious anyway.

Build trust before you arrive: Before you even show up for the estimate, we send them a "Renovation Prep Guide" or a PDF of your company history. Let them see you’re the expert and answer their questions before you even walk through the door.

Don't forget about them: Most people don't say "no," they just say "not right now." You need to stay on their radar for a full year. Send a quick text, a photo of a finished project, or a simple newsletter once or twice a month. Whether they’re ready in 3 months or 12, you want to be the only person they call when they finally have the cash ready.

We build this whole system for you so you can stay on the tools and actually wake up to a calendar full of people who want to work with you.

I’ve got a full breakdown of how this system looks in practice... if you want to see it, click the link in our bio and let’s grab 10 minutes.

"What is your client success rate?" is a question I get all of the time. As much as I would love to say 100%, that just simply isn't true. These are 3 of the things that we feel are the most important when it comes to determining how successful our partners are with us.

1️⃣ Supplying the raw content (Even when it's uncomfortable)
We don’t do cookie-cutter stock BS because homeowners see right through it. To build ads that actually convert, we need the real stuff we ask for... project photos, behind-the-scenes on the site, and yeah, sometimes stepping out of your comfort zone to get on camera. It takes a little extra effort, but authentic, custom content is exactly what gets high-ticket clients to stop scrolling.

2️⃣ Closing the time gap
We know how crazy it gets when you're managing a crew all day, but time is the number one thing that kills deals. The guys who win are the ones who call back immediately, book the site visit for that same week, and shoot the actual quote over without a massive delay. The faster we can help you tighten up that turnaround time, the faster the pipeline fills up.

3️⃣ Letting the oven cook
It is totally normal to feel a little anxious around week two or three of a new campaign. But marketing is a compounding game. It takes a little bit of time for the algorithms to dial in and learn exactly who your best local buyers are. Pulling the plug too early just kills the momentum right before it really starts sn*******ng.

At the end of the day, we genuinely just love seeing our clients win and completely take over their local markets. If you're ready to dial this stuff in and want to be our next success story, click the link in the bio and book a call with our team.

60% of your future revenue might be sitting in your “ignored” pile.

Most renovators treat leads like milk. If it’s not fresh today, they think it’s sour and they throw it out.

You pay $1,500 for ads, call a lead twice, they don’t answer, and you say: "Another tire-kicker. What a waste of money."

Here is the reality: People don't wake up and decide to drop $30k on a kitchen on a whim. They’re marinating. They’re checking the budget. They’re arguing with their spouse.

If you stop calling after a week, you aren't "saving time." You’re just paying for your competitor's next vacation. You did the hard work of finding them... don't hand them over on a silver platter.

How to plug the holes in your bucket (Do this today):
If you want to stop losing jobs to the guy down the street, you need to change your follow-up game. Here is exactly how we recommend you handle the "not yet" leads:

The 90-Day Rule: Most homeowners are 3–6 months away from pulling the trigger when they first click an ad. If your follow-up stops at Day 7, you’re missing the "Ready" window. Set a reminder to touch base every 3 weeks.

Stop asking "Are you ready?": Nobody likes a pushy salesman. Instead, send value. Text them a photo of a project you just finished that’s similar to theirs. Say: "Hey, just finished this ensuite in Coquitlam and thought of your project. This tile might look great in your space."

The "Friday Follow-up" Habit: Take 30 minutes every Friday afternoon to scroll back through your "dead" leads from 2 months ago. Send 5 quick texts. You’ll be shocked at how many people say, "Actually, I was just about to call you."

We don't believe in just "generating leads." We believe in building a system that nurtures people until they’re ready to buy, so your calendar stays full even when the market gets quiet.

If you’re sick of burning cash on ads that don't turn into contracts, we’ve got a system that does all of this for you in the background while you're on-site.

Landing high-end work requires a different type of marketing.

If you are selling a $150,000 kitchen renovation, the homeowner isn't looking for a coupon. They aren't looking for a "New Year's Deal."

They are looking for Certainty.

They are terrified of hiring the wrong guy, having the timeline blow out, or the quality slipping.

When you run ads that scream "Discount," you attract price shoppers who will haggle over every line item.

The Shift: Trust over Discounts.

Instead of offering a discount, offer Social Proof.

Replace the "10% Off" graphic with a 60-second video of a past client standing in their finished kitchen, talking about how clean your team was and how you finished on time.

The Creative is the Filter.

Cheap, salesy ads attract cheap clients.

Premium, trust-building content attracts premium clients.

You get exactly who you market to.

If you want the big jobs, stop selling on price and start selling on trust.

Most remodelers and contractors don’t have a lead problem... they have a qualification problem 👷‍♂️

If you’re spending hours chasing quote requests from people who were never serious in the first place, it’s time to fix your process.

✅ Pre-qualify leads before you ever pick up the phone
💬 Ask smart questions about their project, timeline, and budget
📸 Send proof of your work and make them know, like, and trust you before the estimate so they already see you as the go-to option

If you want this whole pre-qualification and booking system set up automatically, you can book a quick call here and we’ll walk you through it.

If your Google Business Profile isn’t dialed in, you’re handing jobs to your competitors on a silver platter 😤

Most painters (and honestly most local businesses) are invisible online because their listing isn't telling Google the right story.

Homeowners are searching right now... but if your description is weak, they’re never going to find you.

I just dropped a full guide breaking down the strategy I’m using to push painters higher on Google Maps 🧠📍
It’s based on some heavy-hitting SEO techniques I learned from Chris Palmer, and it’s a complete gamechanger for any service business.

🚨 Every day your GMB stays half-finished is a day you're losing money you’ll never get back.
Fix it now before your competition locks down your area 🛑
