RCMP say a large-scale search is underway in the area of Salmon River, Colchester County. Multiple agencies are searching for 47-year-old Jason Lorette who was last seen March 19 on Harmony Road. Lorette is described as as 5’11”, 140 lbs with brown hair, brown eyes and a white goatee, he was wearing a blue flannel jacket. Multiple Ground Search and Rescue teams, RCMP Air Services, Police Dog Services, and the Civil Air Search and Rescue Association are involved. Residents are urged to check buildings on their properties and review cameras. An emergency alert has been issued. Contact 911 if you have tips or have seen Jason Lorette.
