As part of the ethical standards of my profession, little h design works says no to spec. This video illustrates why.

Creatives who provide spec are undermining and undervaluing their profession as a whole. Businesses don't provide their products or services for free, so what makes people think it's okay to ask for spec work from creative professionals?
