Harlee Courtepatte spent the day at the Ben Calf Robe Annual Traditional Pow Wow supporting the Okimaw Awards alongside founder Janice Randhile.
As a proud board member, Harlee was there on behalf of Ihtiwin Strategies — one of the many supporters of this meaningful initiative.
The Okimaw Awards were created to honour Indigenous men who lead with strength, humility, and responsibility in their communities. Their mission is to recognize and uplift those whose contributions often go unseen, yet whose impact is deeply felt.
It was a beautiful day connecting with old friends and meeting new ones — and a reminder of the power of community-driven recognition.
