Appears the COVID 19 induced economic disaster may be waning. We're dusting off our video and photo cameras, ready for action when things get back to quasi normal. This is the longest I have gone without shooting and editing since 1982!
Been taking the drones out to RC park quite often to keep my flying skills current but other than a video shoot for the Shriners at the Food Bank this Spring, the XDCAM HD camcorders have been dormant.
Picked up a Mavic Mini to take the place of a jib arm for high angle shots. Not sure how well it will work but the Mavic 2's prop wash proved it unusable for interior video work.
The Mavic Mini may prove to be an affordable option for Realtors too because we wouldn't have to block the streets and post guards. We'll see.
