A roadshow, a ramen brand, and a mission to make people care. 🍜♥️

Collaborating with the team at on one of our biggest projects to date; from conceptualizing the campaign (a spoof on a cheesy spy movie), designing display material and merch, writing scripts, shooting video and photo, writing copy and launching, (and acting?), we are left feeling proud, excited, and humbled by the opportunity to work with such an incredible group of people on this.

Huge shoutout to the whole team at Crafty, my partner in crime who is a part of everything every step of the way, and for bringing their acting A-game, for the incredible 🌭s, and the whole community behind Crafty that continues to make this crazy ramen ride possible every day.

Learning all things whisky lately with 🥃🧐

Little did we know, legitimately world class whisky and spirits are being made right here in The Ward (quite literally just down the road from us).

Stepping into the world of distilling has been a humbling but exciting experience; food and beverage is our wheel house but whisky culture is a whole new world that comes with many learnings.

We are so grateful that the team has welcomed us and our ideas with open arms, and we’re excited to continue growing with these impressive folks. ❤️

Crafty Ramen but make it HelloFresh! 🍜✨

Always excited to share yet another milestone with the ever impressive team at Crafty, whose ramen kits are now available across the country with HelloFresh.

After another photographer didn't quite deliver, HelloFresh asked me, as the resident Crafty content guy, to put together a shoot that showed our beautiful bowls with a HelloFresh vibe. It was a fun challenge to put together the set, cook, plate, style, and capture this mini project... and a bit of a pinch me moment to see my work on the HelloFresh website. 🎉

A few set shots from earlier this summer w/ 🎥✨

I was asked to join the talented folks at Ward 1 Studios on set to provide food styling and photography for a great project with the Ontario Sheep Farmers (.sheep.farmers) 🐑

They also asked for some help finding a chef who makes food look great and would be confident on camera, and was of course top of the list! 👨‍🍳

Always great being on a bigger set, where so many people are working together to make each frame perfect. So much to learn!

Already looking forward to the next project with my old pal and new friends at ! ✨

When your favourite pub asks you to take photos for a website update, you say yes. 🫡

The Fat Duck is the pub you always wished to have in your life: warm, inviting, with a true sense of community and easily some of the best food in Guelph (don't sleep on the pasta features).

Run by wonderful people who absolutely care for this industry, it's always my first pick when anyone asks where they should go for dinner.
